LIBRARY

The college has well-equipped staff, both teaching and non-teaching. The teaching staff comprises mostly of full-time teachers and to some extent part-time teachers who are practicing advocates at the Bar. Legal luminaries amongst the members of the Bar are invited to deliver lectures on various topics of current interest from time to time.

The practicing advocates are put in charge of practical papers, so that the students, under their guidance and suggestion, will get exposed to court-room craft as well. The college has a very good library and spacious building to cater to the needs of the students. The library is up-dated from time to time with latest books and periodicals to meet the needs of both students as well as teaching staff.

Law reporters such as AIR, SCC, Cr. LJ., ILR. (KAR), I.L.I. Publications, Indians Bar Review, etc., are being added to library every year. Full-time qualified librarian has been appointed to operate the library by catalogue and card system. Our library is best in the state and second to none. All law textbooks on subjects, which are newly introduced into the curriculam, are being added and updated.

Students are permitted to borrow normally two books at a time for a period of 14 days only. However, on request in writing by the students regularly attending classes, the principal may permit students to borrow any number of books from the library.
